In my mid to late 40’s I decided to make a positive change, and I’ve never looked back. The first thing I learned was ‘Less sugar, more water.’ I lost 10 pounds without even trying and had more energy.
Then it was ‘Green Smoothies’. I didn’t feel I could actually eat spinach, kale, broccoli, etc. I wanted to cheat and get the same results. All’s fair in love, war.. and your health. So I did and it made a huge difference. Again I lost 10 pounds without even trying, and there were quite a few other health benefits also. I made a Video about it.
So the journey continues. It’s a ‘Lifestyle’, not a diet or product off the shelf.
